A good voice bot is a pipeline: speech recognition, a language model that understands intent, and natural-sounding speech, all fast enough that the pause feels human. We build the product catalogue matching, the confirmation step, and the exceptions path where a human takes over. Orders that the bot is unsure about are flagged for review instead of being guessed.
Outbound Calling
Outbound calling works when it is respectful and scheduled: calls at sensible hours, retries with limits, respect for do-not-call requests and a clear identification of the caller. We build the dialer logic, call queues, outcome capture and reports so you can see who was reached, what they said and what happens next. Results are written back to your system automatically, which removes the manual call log that sales teams hate maintaining.
ERP / DMS Integration
A bot that cannot write into your ERP or distributor management system just creates more typing. We integrate through the system's API, database views or import templates, map customers, items, prices and schemes correctly, and validate every order before posting it. Failed posts are queued and retried, and each order carries a trace from the call to the ERP record so accounting can reconcile quickly.
WhatsApp Confirmation
WhatsApp is where Indian businesses already talk to customers, so we use it to confirm what the bot captured: an order summary with items and totals that the customer can approve or correct with one tap. We use the official WhatsApp Business API with approved message templates, track delivery and replies, and fall back to SMS or a call when a message goes unanswered. This closes the loop and cuts disputes.
