AI CV scoring
Every CV is read and scored against the job and the agency's own scoring rules. Unreadable CVs are listed so they can be fixed.
Voice screening calls
A voice bot phones shortlisted candidates, captures CTC, notice period, location and interest, and applies knock-out rules.
Technical interview calls
Questions are written from the candidate's CV and the job, asked by the voice bot and the answers are scored.
